Conference & Summit AVVisuals, sound, and show production for summits, panels, and fireside chats in New York
We build the screen content, run playback, and call the show. Rooms we have worked include The Times Center, Webster Hall, Knockdown Center, and our own studio at 393 Broadway.
You booked the venue and built the agenda. We take everything the audience sees and hears: screens, sound, visuals, and the person calling the cues. One LUME producer runs the day.

Who you hire
Producers who run their own venue
LUME started as a venue. Ten years of running our own room at 393 Broadway taught us what summit day actually requires: clean audio for a panel of five, slides that behave, a confidence monitor the speaker trusts, and someone calling cues who has done it hundreds of times. We bring that same standard to your venue. One producer holds the whole show and answers the phone.
Screen content and stage visuals
Walk-in loops, speaker slides, sponsor reels, lower thirds, and projection design. We build the content, check every deck, and format it for the venue's screens before anyone walks on stage.
Playback and show calling
An operator on playback, a producer calling cues, confidence monitors for the speakers, and a rehearsed run of show. Transitions land when they should.
Sound, lighting, and capture
Panel mics that stay clean, a tuned PA, stage lighting, and multi-camera recording or livestream when the event needs to reach people outside the room.
A crew booked by name
A decade in New York builds a bench. Our audio engineers, lighting designers, camera operators, and show callers are people we have worked with for years, directed by one LUME producer. For builds beyond the stage, our event production team takes the whole event.
Formats
What we produce
Every format below has been through our hands more than once. Tell us the shape of your day and we will tell you what it needs.
Summits and conferences
Full-day programs with keynotes, breakouts, and sponsor moments. We keep the stage, the screens, and the schedule moving together.
Panels and fireside chats
Five mics, one conversation worth hearing. Clean audio, a stage look that photographs well, and slides that change on cue.
Non-profit presentations
Mission videos, honoree reels, and a live ask that lands. We scope to the budget and say so plainly when something is not worth the money.
All-hands and town halls
Leadership on stage, questions from the floor, and a stream for the people who could not be in the room.
Keynotes and product launches
One speaker, one reveal. Rehearsed until nothing about it is left to chance.
Workshops and masterclasses
Presenters, demos, and hands-on stations. We have produced these for beauty brands, tech companies, and artists.
Where
Rooms we have worked
Some venues come with a house AV team and a spec sheet. Some come with four walls and a loading dock. We have produced in both, and the advance work is different every time.
The Times Center
A tech summit on the Times Center stage in Midtown. We produced the visuals: screen content, playback, and speaker support, coordinated with the house production team.
Webster Hall
An AI summit in a room built for concerts. We brought the conference layer: presentation screens, speaker visuals, and playback that held up in a big dark venue.
Knockdown Center
Summit visuals for the Flora conference in Maspeth. A huge raw industrial space where the stage still has to feel close.
393 Broadway, our building
A 360 projection studio and loft spaces in Tribeca. If you have not booked a venue yet, start with ours.
Booked somewhere not on this list? Send the venue name and the date. We will handle the advance.

Budget and timeline
What moves the number
Every quote is itemized, line by line, so you can see what each piece costs and cut what you do not need. These are the things that move it.
What the venue already has
A room with a house rig prices differently from a raw space where every speaker and screen loads in. This is the first question we ask.
Screens and surfaces
A podium screen is one number. Three screens, confidence monitors, and a projected stage backdrop is another.
Content volume
Formatting the decks your speakers send costs less than designing an opener, sponsor loops, and custom stage visuals from scratch. Both are on the menu.
Rehearsal time
A run-through the day before is the cheapest insurance in live events. We push for one every time.
Recording and livestream
Single-camera capture, a multi-cam edit, or a full livestream each carry their own crew and their own line on the quote.
When to call
A few weeks out is comfortable. Less is workable and happens all the time. Call when the date holds.
Process
How a summit comes together
Advance call
Date, venue, headcount, agenda. Thirty minutes is enough to scope the show and start a quote.
Venue advance
We talk to the venue's production contact, walk the room when we can, and confirm what is in the building versus what we bring.
Content build
Speaker decks collected and checked, visuals designed, playback programmed, everything tested at the venue's actual screen resolutions.
Rehearsal and show day
Crew in early, line check, speaker walk-throughs, doors. One producer calls the show from first cue to last.
After
Strike on the venue's clock, then recordings and recap content delivered.
FAQ
Conference AV questions
Do you only work at your own venue?
No. We produce at venues across the city. Recent work includes a tech summit at The Times Center, an AI summit at Webster Hall, and the Flora conference at Knockdown Center. We also host summits and panels at our own building at 393 Broadway.
The venue has an in-house AV team. What do you add?
The house team knows their room and their gear, and we work with them, not around them. Our layer is the program itself: content, speaker support, stage look, playback, and show calling.
Can you build our slides and videos?
Yes. Anything on a screen at your event can come from us: openers, speaker decks, sponsor loops, lower thirds, and walk-in visuals. We also clean up and format decks your speakers send.
Do you record or livestream?
Yes. Single-camera capture through multi-camera livestream, with clean audio pulled straight from the board.
We are a non-profit. Is this in reach?
Often, yes. Send the budget you have. We will tell you plainly what it covers and where to spend it first.
How far ahead should we book?
A few weeks lets us advance the venue properly. Tighter timelines happen all the time in this business. Call either way.
Can we hold our summit at LUME instead?
Yes. Our building at 393 Broadway has a 360 projection studio and loft spaces in Tribeca. See the spaces or ask about panel and presentation setups.
