Event Production in NYC
Full-ServiceEvent Production
Ten years and 1,700 events in New York. One producer designs your event, books the right crew for it, and runs it live, at our Tribeca studio or on location anywhere in the city, for Nike, Amazon, JetBlue, Dropbox, and Roku.
Talk to a ProducerLUME has produced 1,700+ events across New York over ten years. Concept, technical production, staffing, catering, and content all come from the same team that answers your first call.

The Approach
One producer from the brief to the last load-out box.
Producing an event in New York usually means hiring a planner, an AV company, a fabricator, a staffing agency, a caterer, and a photographer, then spending your weeks keeping them aligned. We replace that with one producer and one contact. We design the show, assemble the crew, run it live, and hand you the content the next morning.
“Ten years in this city teaches you what will go wrong, and exactly who to call when it does.”
Why LUME
Why brands hand us the whole event

Ten years and 1,700 events in
Since 2016 we have produced more than 1,700 events for 700+ brands, from 30-person board dinners to full-building takeovers. That volume is the education. We know how long a load-in actually takes, where guest flow breaks, what a room does when 200 people arrive at once, and what to do when the schedule moves on the day.
The relationships to execute it
A decade in New York builds a bench. Lighting designers, show callers, fabricators, chefs, and crews we have worked with for years and can vouch for by name. You get the right specialists for your event instead of whoever is free that week, with one producer directing all of them, so you approve the plan once and have a single person accountable through load-out.
We run a venue, not just events
LUME operates its own venue at 393 Broadway, so we sit on both sides of the table. We know what rooms actually cost, how vendors quote, and what is realistic on a timeline. That goes into every production we run, in our building or anywhere else in the city.

What's Included
What full-service production includes
Concept and creative direction
Every production starts with the brief, the guest count, and the goal, then we design the experience around them. Creative direction, run of show, floor plans, and content design are built together rather than handed between shops, so the event that gets produced is the one that was approved.

Production, staffing, and catering
Technical production and AV, lighting, rigging, and show calling are covered by our team and the crews we have worked with for years. We handle staffing and cater from our fourth-floor chef's kitchen. When a build is involved, fabrication runs through our vetted partners. Every specialist is booked, briefed, and directed by us, so you are never the one chasing them.

Content, delivered same day
Multi-camera capture happens live, and edited photo and video land the same day or next morning, while the event is still worth posting. Most productions generate a quarter of social content in a single night, which is why our clients treat production and content as one line item instead of two.

How We Work
How a production comes together
Brief and concept
We start with the date, the guest count, and the goal, then design the format, the run of show, and the budget around them.
Build and produce
We build the environment and the technical show, staff the room, cater it, and run the event live with the same crew that designed it.
Capture and deliver
Multi-camera capture runs through the night and edited assets are delivered same day or next morning for press and social.

Event production FAQs
What does full-service event production include?
Concept and creative direction, technical production and AV, lighting, staffing, catering, and content, all coordinated by one producer. You get a single point of contact instead of a chain of vendors to manage yourself.
How experienced is your team?
We have produced more than 1,700 events for 700+ brands since 2016, at our own venue and on location across New York. Ten years in one city also means a bench of lighting designers, show callers, fabricators, and crews we have worked with for years and book by name.
Is event management included?
Yes. Planning, timelines, vendor coordination, and run-of-show management are part of every production. If the event is already designed and you only need a team to manage and run it, we do that too.
Can you produce our event off-site?
Yes. We produce at our Tribeca studio or on location at your venue anywhere in New York, with the same producer and crew standard either way. For the venue itself, see our event spaces.
Do you provide staffing and catering?
Yes. We handle staffing and cater from our fourth-floor chef's kitchen at 393 Broadway. Bar service, front of house, and production crew are all booked and directed by us, drawn from our team and the crews we work with regularly.
How far ahead should we book?
It depends on scope. A studio event using existing formats can turn around quickly. A custom off-site build with fabrication needs more lead time. Tell us the date and we will tell you what is possible.
How much does event production cost?
It scales with guest count, format, content scope, and whether the event is at our studio or off-site. Send us the scope and you will get an itemized quote back within 24 hours.
Do you produce brand activations too?
Yes. Experiential campaigns are a large share of what we produce. See brand activations at LUME for that side of the work.
