LUME keeps the design in-house and manages the build through fabrication partners we have worked with for years, so the thing that gets built is the thing that was designed. Our team handles concept, creative direction, and technical drawings for custom sets, scenic, product displays, and branded environments. We scope the build, manage the fabrication partners, and integrate the result into the wider event, whether that is projection, lighting, or staffing. Fabrication is produced through our partner network rather than in-house, which lets us match the right shop to the material and scale of each build. We design for our Tribeca studio and for your venue, and we run the install so the build lands right on site. One team owns the design and the coordination from sketch to load-in.
