Renting gear is easy. Getting it to work together on show day is the hard part. LUME rents the equipment we use on our own productions, and we can send the crew that knows it. Our 1.9mm pitch LED wall, wireless microphones, speakers, Astera and stage lighting, and the furniture that fills the room all come from one team that has run them live. For Ecom Founders' AI Summit and Q4 Summit at Webster Hall, we supplied the rental AV, ran the LED wall, and stage managed the full program. Rent the equipment on its own for a simple setup, or pair it with our technicians and a stage manager when the run of show cannot slip. Either way you deal with one team from quote to load-out, not a warehouse counter.
How It Works
LED wall: a 9 x 15 ft, 1.9mm pixel pitch LED video wall, sharp enough for speaker decks, sponsor loops, and close-up viewing, with playback and show control to run it.
Audio: Sennheiser wireless handheld microphones and a pair of LD Systems MAUI 11 G2 column speakers.
Lighting: Astera PixelTube LED tube lights, Leko spotlights, wireless uplights, and a ready-to-go lighting package with uplights, pinspots, and color-changing gallery lights.
Furniture and bars: folding tables and chairs, white glossy bar tops, LED curved bar counters, and a DJ booth.
Send us the venue, headcount, and run of show. We spec the package for the room, quote it line by line, and confirm availability. On event day we deliver, set up, and test everything before doors. Add a technician to mix audio and run the LED wall, or a stage manager to call the show cue by cue. After the last session we strike and load out. The same people who scoped the gear are on site running it, so nothing gets lost between the rental order and the stage.
