Broadway-facing spaces carry street noise — plan for it. Interior and basement spaces are quiet. Scout at your shoot hour.

Interior shoots in the building need no city permit. Handheld or tripod exterior work needs none either. Equipment, cable, or vehicles on the sidewalk or street trigger a free MOME permit.

How Booking Works
