With over 10,000 sq ft of flexible space across multiple levels, LUME Studios is the perfect holding space, basecamp, and production support hub for film, commercial, and photo shoots operating in SoHo and TriBeCa.
We can accommodate craft services, talent holding, background talent staging, wardrobe, and production offices: everything a crew needs steps away from the shoot location. Full kitchen is available on the 4th floor loft. Additional loft space is available on 2nd and 3rd floors.
