We can accommodate craft services, talent holding, background talent staging, wardrobe, and production offices: everything a crew needs steps away from the shoot location. Full kitchen is available on the 4th floor loft. Additional loft space is available on 2nd and 3rd floors.

Where is the holding space?

393 Broadway, centrally located between SoHo and TriBeCa, half a block from Cortlandt Alley.

How many people can you hold?

The street level Immersive Studio holds 120 seated or 175 standing. The 2nd floor loft holds 65 seated or 100 standing. The 4th floor loft holds 40 seated or 65 standing. Book one floor or take multiple levels for separation of departments.

Can we book early call times or overnights?

Yes. Flexible hours are available, including early AM hours and late nights.

Is there a kitchen for craft services and catering?

Yes. A fully equipped kitchen for catering is available on the 4th floor loft, with a private dining area. The 2nd floor loft has a kitchenette area.

Can we set up video village?

Yes, on the street level floor. Video village setup is available, along with in-house chairs, tables, and bar tops and high-speed WiFi.

Can we separate talent, background, and departments?
