LUME Studios is the brand activation agency that runs the whole show: concept, build, crew, technical show, and content. 1,700+ events for 700+ brands over ten years, in your venue or ours.
The Approach
We build the experience, then we amplify it.
It starts with a simple question: what will people actually remember? We design the experience around the answer, build and run it end to end, and capture the whole thing as it happens. The night is the spark. The photos and video we deliver keep your brand in front of people long after the doors close.
“The experience lives one night. The content lets it live above and beyond.”
The Agency
Experiences designed to be remembered.
Since 2016 we have produced more than 1,700 events for 700+ brands, in our own building and in venues all over New York. Product launches, two-week conferences, runway shows, press dinners, pop-ups, and a fair number of things that did not have a name yet.
That range is the service. We run the tech and the AV, manage fabrication, coordinate large crews, and walk into unfamiliar buildings and make them work on a deadline. Every project is staffed with our core team plus specialists we have worked with for years, so there is one point of accountability no matter how big it gets.
Brands come back because the details hold up: the load-in that stays on schedule, the cue that fires on time, the room that looks finished when the first guest walks in.

01Ideation and creative direction
We start with the brand, the audience, and the goal, then build the concept around what people will actually remember. You approve one creative direction and it carries all the way through.
02Venue sourcing
Hotel ballrooms, retail floors, rooftops, galleries, and raw spaces across the city, scouted and negotiated against the brief and the budget. For Solana we sourced a 30,000 sq ft SoHo venue and ran a two-week program for 1,000 attendees inside it.

03Experience and set design
Spatial design, set and scenic, custom builds, and branded environments designed for the room you are actually in. Fabrication runs through partners we have used for years, built to our drawings.
04Technical production and AV
Projection and projection mapping, spatial audio, lighting design, rigging, power, and the full AV package. We build the content in house and run the technical show live.
05Production, staffing and run of show
Budgets, vendors, permits and COIs, load in and load out, catering and bar, brand ambassadors, security, and a run of show the whole floor works from.
06Content capture and amplification
Multi camera photo and video capture as it happens, edited and delivered same day or next morning, so the activation runs as earned media well past the night itself.
We run activations end to end in both directions: out in your venue anywhere in New York, or inside our own immersive room in Tribeca. When the brief calls for wraparound projection and a street-facing marquee, that is the brand activation space at 393 Broadway.

“We hosted the launch of RG House at LUME Studios, and I couldn't recommend the team more highly… The space itself is unlike anything else in NYC. The immersive technology, production quality, and flexibility gave us the ability to create an experience our guests are still talking about. But what stood out even more was the people behind it… It's rare to find a venue with both world-class production and a team that cares this much.”
“We had such a great experience working at Lume Studios for a brand event. The venue is fairly turnkey and has so many existing capabilities. Ori and team helped us bring our event to life within the month. Thank you to Lume Studios for hosting us and making our event a success!”
“So many wonderful events hosted and produced here. I highly recommend if it fits your needs. Working with the team at Lume is a dream. Great people great service and great environment.”
“I've attended several events at LUME and have even rented out LUME myself to throw a launch party for my own business… I rented LUME and had an opportunity to meet the owner who was a pleasure to work with. And his team - let me tell you - they helped with the lighting, setting up the event, told me how to send out digital invitations, and even created a media package that I was able to send to all my guests afterwards. This is a great spot, and I highly recommend it for anyone who needs a venue for an event of their own.”
“One of the coolest venues in NYC in a prime location! The team at Lume are creative geniuses who can transform a blank white canvas into literally anything - fashion show runway, NFT gallery, photo shoot set etc. Having attended several events here over the past few years that were all fabulous, I cannot recommend this spot enough!”
“Incredible venue. Done many high production, high quality events here. The team is spectacular.”
