The Spaces
Corporate event spaces for rent at 393 Broadway
Not a single room. One cast iron building in SoHo and Tribeca, so the 200-person all-hands, the 35-seat investor dinner, and the closing happy hour run under one roof, sometimes on the same day.

The Immersive Studio
2,400 sq ft of 360° wraparound projection with 16 projectors and 17-speaker spatial audio. All-hands, town halls, launches, and holiday parties, with your numbers, brand, and film on every wall.

The Basement Lounge
1,000 sq ft of low-lit lounge directly below the studio. The happy hour after the all-hands, a VIP room for executives, or the decompression floor during a two-day offsite.

Loft 4: Private Dining & Kitchen
2,000 sq ft with a working kitchen and a private dining room. The small corporate event space in the building: investor relations dinners, board dinners, and leadership lunches, chef-prepared on site. The format behind the Roku and Dropbox executive dinners.

Loft 2
A cast iron loft with full-height windows, arranged per event. Board meetings, strategy sessions, workshops, and breakouts with natural light.

The Marquee
A street-facing marquee on one of downtown's most-walked corners. The company name goes up for the day, and the team photographs it on the way in.

The full building
For company-wide events the footprint expands to a full-building takeover across five floors, arranged per event. One address, one load-in, one COI.

Why LUME
Why teams pick 393 Broadway

We pioneered immersive in NYC
LUME built one of the city's first wraparound projection studios and has produced immersive events since 2016. Quarterly numbers land differently at four feet tall on every wall.
Location, location, location
393 Broadway, in the heart of SoHo and Tribeca, a four-minute walk from the Canal St and Franklin St stations. The address does half the work before a single guest walks in.
A decade of company events
1,700+ events for 700+ brands over ten years, including offsites, executive dinners, panels, and holiday parties for Amazon, Dropbox, Roku, Chase, and JetBlue.
Every Corporate Event Includes
The room does the work.
Your company on every wall
A corporate event at LUME is built into the room. 360° projection turns the interior into your environment: quarterly numbers at scale, the new product at hero size, the company film running floor to ceiling. The marquee on Broadway puts the company name on the street for the day. The production tools are already in the room, so the event costs less and looks bigger.

One contract, full production
Renting the space means the projectors, the 17-speaker audio rig, the lighting, and the crew who run them every week are already in the building. Presentation support, custom 360° content, hybrid streaming, and multi-camera capture with a same-day edit for internal comms. One contract, one COI, no vendor list to assemble. Producing something off-site as well? That is what our event production team is for.

From working session to celebration
A corporate venue has two jobs: the work part of the day and the social part, without feeling like the same room twice. The keynote runs in the Immersive Studio, breakouts move to the lofts, dinner comes out of the LOFT 4 kitchen, and the night ends in the basement lounge. Photo and video arrive same day or next morning, so the recap reaches the whole company while the event is still fresh. Book a walkthrough.

What makes LUME one of the best corporate event spaces in NYC?
The room does what a ballroom cannot: 360° wraparound projection that puts your numbers, brand, and film on every wall, 17-speaker spatial audio, and a crew who run the gear every week. One building covers the keynote, the breakouts, the dinner, and the after-party.
Do you host small corporate events and investor meetings?
Yes. LOFT 4 seats up to 35 for investor relations dinners, board dinners, and leadership lunches, with a working kitchen on the floor. LOFT 2 runs meetings and strategy sessions for up to 60 seated, arranged per event.
