LUME scouts, secures, and manages locations across New York City so your production or activation lands in a space that actually works — the right look, the right logistics, and the paperwork handled. We start from your brief (aesthetic, capacity, power, load-in, permits, budget) and come back with vetted options, not a stock-photo search.
Because we run our own 5,400 sq ft cast-iron building at 393 Broadway — with seven distinct shootable sets under one roof — we scout the way people who actually produce in these spaces do. When your project needs something we don't have on site, our citywide network and vendor relationships open doors across Manhattan, Brooklyn, and beyond.
How It Works
Film and commercial shoots, photo and editorial productions, music videos, brand activations, launches, dinners, and multi-day events. Cast-iron lofts, raw industrial spaces, rooftops, galleries, restaurants, storefronts, and blank-canvas studios — matched to your creative and your budget.
Scouting and options, site visits and tech scouts, securing the location, COIs and permits, load-in and power logistics, and on-the-day coordination. For productions, we pair a location with holding space and base camp in SoHo and Tribeca. For events, we fold scouting into full event production.
