Corporate Events
Corporate events carry a lot of weight and very little margin for error. A summit, an executive dinner, or a product launch has to run clean, and it usually runs through a stack of separate vendors who have never worked the room together. LUME produces the whole thing with one team. We handle concept, production, staffing, catering, and content, from the first planning call to the final load-out. Founded in 2016, we have produced more than 1,700 events over roughly ten years, at our Tribeca studio and on location at venues across New York. Executive dinners can be catered from our fourth-floor chef's kitchen, launches can use our immersive studio, and any of it can travel to your venue with the same crew. You get one point of contact and one team accountable for how the event runs, so nothing important falls between vendors.

We start with the format, the audience, and the goal, then plan the run of show around them. Our team produces the technical show, staffs the room, and runs it live, at your venue or ours. Content capture happens in real time for internal and external use. One team owns every layer, so the event runs on schedule and on message from the first guest to the last.
