Finding a venue is easy. Finding the right venue and then producing an event that works inside it is the hard part, and most venue searches hand you a space and leave you to figure out the rest. LUME sources the venue and produces the event as one job. We know New York rooms because we run events in them, so we match the space to the guest count, the format, and the production the event actually needs. Our own Tribeca studio is one option when it fits, but we are not trying to sell you our room. When another venue is the right call, we find it, and then our team produces inside it, from AV and content to staffing and catering. You get one team that owns the space and everything that happens in it, so the venue and the production are planned together rather than bolted on after the booking.

For Solana's NYC Bootcamp and Hackathon, LUME sourced a 30,000 sq ft partner venue in SoHo and produced two weeks of programming for 1,000 attendees inside it: daily working sessions, panel discussions, evening events with multiple bars, full catering across the run, and an NFT gallery with immersive projections.
