Madison Energy Infrastructure brought its second annual MEI+ Summit to 393 Broadway on June 16, 2026. One full day for senior leaders in energy, technology, and capital, with speakers from Anthropic, Salesforce, EQT, NextEra Energy Partners, HASI, and Fifth Third Bank in an application-only room capped at 120.
We produced the whole day. Lighting, microphones and audio, furniture, and custom visuals across the Immersive Studio's 360° projection: session title screens, speaker name cards, a wall of Madison's project photography, and projected wayfinding to the MEI+ Café and the restrooms.
Our stage manager called the show from the welcome remarks through five sessions and the Where It Matters Most premiere, down to the closing session, Billions in the Boardroom. Every speaker walk-on, mic handoff, title card, and video roll came off the same run of show, and we filmed and photographed every session.
Lunch and the closing reception, with live music, ran on the second floor in Loft 2, while catering prepped in the Loft 4 kitchen two floors up. We loaded in the day before and finished the room the morning of the summit.
