LOFT 4 is a dedicated private dining room on its own floor: a refined SoHo cast iron loft with exposed brick from 1867, warm residential lighting, and a full Michelin-caliber kitchen on the same floor. Up to 35 guests around a custom dining table, with the full kitchen operating at the level your chef or caterer needs.
LUME Studios is the NYC private dining venue at 393 Broadway in SoHo and Tribeca, used by Roku, Dropbox, Amazon, JetBlue, and Bai for executive client dinners, board-level entertaining, and private celebrations. No hotel ballroom setup. No restaurant side room. A room designed for this one kind of evening.
