Private dining in SoHo at LUME means a room that feels genuinely private, not a sectioned-off corner of a restaurant. LOFT 4 is a dedicated private dining room on its own floor: a refined SoHo cast iron loft with exposed brick from 1867, warm residential lighting, and a full Michelin-caliber kitchen on the same floor. Up to 35 guests around a custom dining table, with the full kitchen operating at the level your chef or caterer needs. Larger seated dinners of up to 80 move to the Immersive Studio one floor below.
LUME Studios is the NYC private dining venue at 393 Broadway in SoHo and Tribeca, used by Roku, Dropbox, Amazon, JetBlue, and Bai for executive client dinners, board-level entertaining, and private celebrations.

How It Works
LOFT 4 seats up to 35 around a custom dining table in a SoHo cast iron loft with exposed brick, warm lighting, and a residential feel that puts guests at ease. The kitchen is on the same floor: full commercial appliances, multiple ovens, cold storage, everything a Michelin-caliber chef needs for an ambitious menu. The room feels private because it is private, your own floor, your own entrance flow, your own evening.

LOFT 4 is our intimate fourth floor space for up to 65 guests. Authentic SoHo cast iron loft setting with exposed brick from 1867, on-site Michelin-caliber kitchen with dining tables, and 4K display with Apple TV. LOFT 2 is a flexible second floor loft for groups up to 100. It comes with large wall projections, high speed Wi-Fi, and a kitchenette, with layouts that move easily between conference, classroom, and workshop setups.
Use it on its own for lunch meetings, catered presentations, and workshops, or as a breakout room, green room, or VIP space alongside a larger event downstairs.

The Spaces
Every format on this page runs in one of six spaces: the 2,400 sq ft 360° Immersive Studio, a 35-seat private dining loft with a working kitchen, a basement lounge, and three cast iron lofts in SoHo and Tribeca. Expecting more than 250 guests, or hosting somewhere else? We source the venue and produce inside it. The Solana bootcamp ran for 1,000 attendees in a 30,000 sq ft partner venue.
