Your names and your number, 10, 25, 50, go up on the Broadway marquee that night.
LUME Studios is the NYC anniversary party venue at 393 Broadway in SoHo and Tribeca. From an intimate milestone dinner for 20 in LOFT 4 to a full celebration for 200 in the Immersive Studio. Full bar, Michelin-caliber kitchen catering, 17-speaker JBL sound system, multi-level layout, and an in-house production team that builds the whole evening around the couple.
How It Works
The 360° projection system turns decades of photos and film into a room-scale story. Organize it by decade, by chapter, or as one continuous world in warm light. Old film scans, wedding footage, and phone photos all become part of the same projected environment. Guests don't watch the retrospective; they stand inside it.
Start with a seated dinner, one long table in warm amber light, catered through LOFT 4's kitchen. Then the room changes: the walls shift, the music comes up through the 17-speaker sound system, and the same space becomes the dance floor. The multi-level layout means the bar, the quiet conversations, and the dancing each get their own floor.

The 3,400 sq ft main floor + Basement lounge with 360° immersive projection mapping. Up to 200 standing, 120 seated. Custom-branded environments wall-to-wall, theater-grade 17-speaker JBL audio, RGB Astera spotlights, fast Wi-Fi, fully reconfigurable for any event format.
LOFT 4 is our intimate fourth floor space for up to 65 guests. Authentic SoHo cast iron loft setting with exposed brick from 1867, on-site Michelin-caliber kitchen with dining tables, and 4K display with Apple TV. Used for private dinners, executive meetings, masterclasses, press previews, and intimate brand events.

LOFT 2 is a flexible second floor loft for groups up to 100. It comes with large wall projections, high speed Wi-Fi, and a kitchenette, with layouts that move easily between conference, classroom, and workshop setups.
Use it on its own for lunch meetings, catered presentations, and workshops, or as a breakout room, green room, or VIP space alongside a larger event downstairs.
