Blooming floral gardens, soft pastel skies, a storybook forest, projected across 360° walls and the floor, in exactly the palette you choose. The parents-to-be get their names and the baby's-almost-name on the Broadway marquee. And when it's time for the reveal, the whole room changes color at once.
LUME Studios is a fully private baby shower venue at 393 Broadway in SoHo and Tribeca. From an intimate seated brunch for 20 in LOFT 4 to a large family celebration for 200 in the Immersive Studio. Kitchen catering, bar service with full mocktail menus, elevator access, and an in-house team that plans and runs the whole afternoon so the host actually gets to enjoy it.
How It Works
Whatever the theme is, the room becomes it. A garden in full bloom, an underwater world, a jungle canopy, clouds and soft light: projected environments that wrap every wall and the floor. No rented props, no setup and teardown of decorations; the world is designed in advance and fills the room the moment guests walk in.
If you're doing a reveal, do it at scale. The entire room, all four walls and the floor, turns pink or blue in a single moment. It's the biggest version of that moment any of your guests will have seen, and every phone in the room catches it from the inside.
Showers at LUME run as easily in the afternoon as at night. Seated brunch or lunch through LOFT 4's kitchen, dessert tables, bar service with full mocktail menus alongside the cocktails. The 3,400 sq ft main floor + Basement lounge with 360° immersive projection mapping. Up to 200 standing, 120 seated. Custom-branded environments wall-to-wall, theater-grade 17-speaker JBL audio, RGB Astera spotlights, fast Wi-Fi, fully reconfigurable for any event format.
LOFT 4 is our intimate fourth floor space for up to 65 guests. Authentic SoHo cast iron loft setting with exposed brick from 1867, on-site Michelin-caliber kitchen with dining tables, and 4K display with Apple TV. Used for private dinners, executive meetings, masterclasses, press previews, and intimate brand events.

LOFT 2 is a flexible second floor loft for groups up to 100. It comes with large wall projections, high speed Wi-Fi, and a kitchenette, with layouts that move easily between conference, classroom, and workshop setups.
Use it on its own for lunch meetings, catered presentations, and workshops, or as a breakout room, green room, or VIP space alongside a larger event downstairs.
