Overview

A panel discussion is content disguised as a live event. The photos, clips, and quotes run as marketing for months.

Panel discussion at LUME Studios with immersive backdrop

The format works when the audience can hear every speaker clearly, the speakers look professional on camera, the backdrop reinforces the brand or event sponsor, and the content captured is high enough quality to use as ongoing social. When any of those four things miss, the panel becomes a cost center that produced 90 minutes of value and nothing else.

At LUME Studios, we have the capabilities to handle  all four: audio engineered for clarity, lighting that captures cleanly, backdrops that tell a story, and capture that produces content hosts can actually use.
