The second is what we do for a living: 5,400 square feet across five levels, a main floor that holds 200 shoppers, inventory storage upstairs, and a team that has produced 1,700 plus events in this building.
LUME Studios runs sample sales the way we run retail pop-ups: as productions, not room rentals. The interior works two ways. Keep it as a clean white gallery so the product is the whole story, or use the 360° projection system to brand every wall for an archive sale that doubles as a brand moment.

LOFT 2 is a flexible second floor loft for groups up to 60. It comes with a large wall projections, high speed Wi-Fi, and a kitchenette, with layouts that move easily between conference, classroom, and workshop setups.
Use it on its own for lunch meetings, catered presentations, and workshops, or as a breakout room, green room, or VIP space alongside a larger event downstairs.
