Event Management

LUME is a full-service event production agency. We are not a venue you book and staff yourself. We are the team that designs the concept, builds the production, runs the show, and delivers the content for brand events across New York. Most production in this city runs through a chain of separate vendors, and every handoff between them is a place for the experience to slip. We keep it with one team. Founded in 2016, we have produced more than 1,700 events over roughly ten years, at our own Tribeca space and on location at venues across the city. Concept and creative direction, technical production, staffing, catering, and same-day content all come from the same people who answer your first call. The result is an event that feels designed rather than assembled, with a single point of accountability from kickoff through load-out.

Concept and creative direction, technical production and AV, lighting, staffing, and catering from our in-house kitchen. Custom content designed for each event, plus same-day capture and delivery for social and press. When a build is involved, fabrication runs through our vetted partners.

How it works

We start with the brief, the guest count, and the goal, then design the experience around them. Our team produces the show, staffs the room, and runs it live, at your venue or ours, with the same crew that built the event running it on the night. Content capture happens in real time, so you leave with assets the same day. One team owns every layer, so nothing falls between vendors and the experience holds from the first guest to the last.
