The same room has to support a lecture format, then small group work, then a full-room debrief. AV needs to be facilitator-friendly, not just functional. LUME Studios is a workshop venue at 393 Broadway in SoHo and Tribeca built around exactly that flexibility. The Immersive Studio reconfigures from theater-style to group-table layout in 20 minutes. LOFT 2 hosts dedicated breakout sessions for smaller cohorts. LOFT 4's full kitchen runs a working lunch service that doesn't put the room to sleep at 2 PM.
